To make a reservation please contact us by phone (+48 505-989-371), by e-mail (reception@aparthotelkomorowski.com) or fill out the reservation form on our website.

To confirm the reservation we kindly ask you to do one of the following:

• Make a bank transfer (detail attached below) for the amount covering the first night.
• Provide us with credit card details (number and expiry date) in order to preauthorize it for the amount of 5 PLN to check its validity. 7 days prior the arrival the card is preauthorized for the amount covering  the first night of the Guest’s stay.

Cancellation policy:

Direct reservation are covered under our general terms and conditions and can be cancelled up to 3 days before the date of arrival with no penalty. Any cancellation that is processed 3 days or less of the scheduled date of check-in will have a cancellation fee equal to one-night accommodation according to the original price quoted in the reservation.

Non-refundable reservations:

In the case of a non-refundable reservation the full amount of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.
