Terms and conditions


  1. Aparthotel rooms are rent by days.
  2. A aparthotel day starts at 3 pm and ends at 11 am the next morning.
  3. A guest should notify the reception before 10 am on the day of check-out that he wishes to extend his stay beyond the period indicated at check-in time.
  4. Aparthotel may not consider the extension of the stay if the hotel is fully booked.
  5. Aparthotel provides services according to its category and standard. For reservations concerning the quality of services, please report them as soon as possible to the reception, which will allow us the staff to react immediately.
  6. The aparthotel is obliged to provide:
    1. A safe stay, including ensuring guests’ information security.
    2. Professional and polite service.
    3. Cleaning of the room and and repairing of the equipment during the guest’s absence and also in their presence but only with their prior consent.
  7. The aparthotel does not take responsibility for loss or damage of valuables kept in the room.
  8. The aparthotel guest should inform reception about any damage in the room immediately.
  9. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. A 500 PLN cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
  10. A guest is materially responsible for all and any damage or destruction of items of the aparthotel’s equipment and technical devices which they may cause or which are caused by persons visiting him. In case the damage occurs, the Aparthotel is entitled to charge Guest’s credit card.
  11. Payment for any aparthotel products/services will be added to the Guests bill and shall be settled the day before scheduled check-out.
  12. Quiet hours in the aparthotel are from 10 pm to 7 am.
  13. Items of personal property, which may be left in the aparthotel room by departing guests, will be sent to the address given by the guest. If such instructions have not been left, aparthotel will store such objects for a period of 1 month.
  14. Reservations made by telephone or through www.hotelkomorowski.com are confirmed in writing through email. Please bring a printed version of your reservation to be presented upon check-in. In case where no printed reservation is presented at check-in, the aparthotel copy will be used to confirm details of the reservation.
  15. Confirmed reservation requires providing a credit card which will be pre-authorized for the amount of 5 PLN upon making the reservation. These funds are not charged to the card, but only serve to verify the validity of the card.  Seven days prior to the date of reservation, the credit card is pre-authorized for the first night of Guest’s stay.  These funds are blocked by the bank in case of no show or late cancellation.  Upon checking into the aparthotel, the guest will have the option to use whichever payment method is preferred.  After approximately 10 working days (depending on individual banks) the pre-authorization will automatically be released.  For specific details regarding pre-authorization questions, please contact your bank directly.
  16. In case of non-refundable reservations, the entirety of the reservation will be charged upon making the reservation.  In case of no show, and/or cancellation, the guest forfeits the total amount of the reservation as per the rules and regulations of this reservation.
  17. In case where no credit card is available to confirm a reservation, a prepayment of the first night of the reservation is required by any method such as bank transfer, cash, or debit before the room can be confirmed.  After receiving the confirmed funds, a confirmation will be issued by the aparthotel.  The remainder of the reservation must be settled within 10 days of the check-in date or other arranagement made direct with the hotel reception in writing. If bank transfer is chosen as a payment method, Guest agrees to pay all costs associated with making a bank transfer.
  18. Any reservation that is covered under our general terms and conditions can be cancelled up to 3 days before the date of arrival with no penalty. Three days before arrival is calculated 72 hours before check-in time, at 15:00 Poland time. Any cancellation that is processed 3 days or less of the scheduled date of check-in will have a cancellation fee equal to one-night accommodation according to the original price quoted in the reservation.  In the case of a non-refundable reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be forfeited. Cancellation of the reservation is not possible after checking-in. By signing the registration card the Guest is accepting Aparthotel’s terms and conditions as well the reservation details (length of stay, total cost and requested extra options and services).
  19. Any guest checking in to Komorowski Luxury Guest Rooms is required to have a pre-authorized credit card on file for deposit.  In case where the reservation has been made by method other than credit card, an original piece of identity document is required to show at the reception.  In a case where no such document can be presented, a deposit equal to two nights’ accommodation is required to be left at the reception in cash.
  20. In case when the Guest does not check out until 11:00 am and their room is reserved for the same day by another person, the Aparrthotel reserves the right to enter the room, pack Guest’s belongings without his presence and store them in the luggage room.
  21. Romantic Package – we at The Komorowski try our best to make sure this surprise is prepared and presented perfectly.  To do so, we need a minimum of 60 minutes notice to prepare the package.  Once a time is agreed upon, everything is guaranteed for that time.  If there is a delay and you will arrive up to 15 minutes late, no notice is required.  However, if you will be delayed more than 15 minutes we require advance notice to make sure your jacuzzi water is warm, and everything is prepared accordingly.  If we do not receive any notice, we cannot guarantee the presentation of the Romantic Getaway Package such as the proper water temperature.  As with all services at The Komorowski, we pride ourselves in exceeding every Guests expectations.  This notice is given in order to clarify that The Romantic Getaway Package is time sensitive, and while we do everything to make sure it is delivered properly, proper coordination is required to do so.  By booking The Romantic Getaway Package, you understand the above terms and conditions and agree to them.
  22. Complaints procedure – Guests have the right to file a complaint in case of noticing any deficiencies in the quality of the services provided or in a different scope.

    A complaint may be submitted by a Guest:
    a) in writing to the Aparthotel’s address – ul. Długa 7/6, 31-147 Krakow,
    b) in electronic form via e-mail to the following address: recepcja@aparthotelkomorowski.com.
    It is recommended that the Guest provide in the description of the complaint: (1) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the failure or other defect, and
    (2) contact details of the person submitting the complaint – this will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint.
    (The requirements specified in the preceding sentence are only recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended description of the complaint.)
    The Aparthotel will respond to the complaint received from the Guest and inform about the method of considering the complaint, in particular in writing or via e-mail, if the Guest provided an e-mail address for this purpose. The Aparthotel will respond to the complaint to the Guest within 30 days of receiving it unless separate regulations provide otherwise.

  23. The original Polish version of these terms may have been translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and office translation only. In the event of a dispute or inconsistency or discrepancy between the Polish version and any other language, the Polish version found on www.aparthotelkomorowski.com shall prevail and be conclusive.
